The Global Parts Return team is responsible for obtaining failed warranty parts from the field and supporting root cause identification using the Enhanced Parts Return process.
Following the guidelines in the Enhanced Parts Return Memo will help Engineering and Suppliers continue to build the dependable products Cummins is known for. The Enhanced Parts Return Memo contains all information regarding the return of parts that are requested to be returned to Cummins through the EPR process.
The Enhanced Parts Return List includes all parts that will be requested to be returned. The EPR Memo and can be found on QSOL under Warranty, then click on the Parts Return tab.
