Global Warranty 2020 Holiday Schedule

Please ensure that you have filed all your outstanding claims as soon as possible after the
completion of the repair, to help maximize your recovery and receive a timely, unpenalized payment. 

This will become even more important towards the end of the year as Cummins Global Warranty
will have reduced staffing during the last two weeks of the year due to the holidays. Historically, we have seen higher than usual support request volumes in the last couple of weeks of the year. We encourage you to submit any outstanding claims as early as possible to avoid any potential processing delays.

Warranty@cummins.com inbox: Responses to some emails may be delayed as some recipients
will be out of the office until Monday January 4, 2021.

EBU: The EBU warranty claim adjudication team will follow the North America Holiday schedule
from December 24, 2020 to January 4, 2021. Claims processing during these dates may be longer
than normal and responses to email will be delayed in most cases.

PSBU: The following message is to inform you that the Power Generation warranty claim adjudication team will follow the North America Holiday schedule from December 24, 2020 to January 4, 2021 and therefore will not be available to process claims or respond to emails during this time.

Most Power Generation product claims submitted before December 22, 2020 will be adjudicated prior to holiday break.

US Cummins Care call center (1-800-CUMMINS): The call center will be staffed 24 hours over the holidays and delays in service are expected to be minimal.
